Transition Biography

Transition are an exciting 3 piece band from Bristol. Their uplifting, original sound has drawn support from numerous music critics and fans alike from around the country. 

Their music is an audacious blend of passion, energy and finely crafted arrangements. The soaring melodies and rich harmonies are fused with the creative backbone of a surging rhythm section. After headlining the Bristol Carling Academy in December 05 they began touring consistently in Asia (whilst learning Chinese) and have played the legendary Spring Scream and Formoz festivals. They were in the Top 10 UK bands in Channel 4s National Music competition last year. 

 This year, they will be touring the UK extensively as well as playing in Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Singapore and Malaysia.

One of my favourite albums of the last couple of years. My top song has to be Limit to your love. She's a great mix of alternative, edge with ridiculously catchy melodies.
